HALL RENTAL

Hall Rental General Information

  • 150 Person Hall seated and up to 300 Person Hall standing
  • 50 ft long x 35 ft wide   
  • 14’ Corner Stage to facilitate Bands, Music, Improv, etc.
  • Tables (72” x 30” and 96” x 30”) and Chairs to host your event
  • Parking Lot 

  • Rental Hours: 10 am – 12 am, Sun - Sat
  • Recurring hall rentals are possible, please inquire using the text number below

Rate:

  •         A $125.00 per hour (8 hr. min)
  •         A $400 security deposit is required to reserve a date. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after the event if there is no damage to the premises, cleaning that exceeds normal wear and tear, and there has been no violation of the contract by the Client. The VFW staff reserves the right to inspect for damage and assess violations. 
  •         A $150 Cleaning fee is required to reserve a date. The cleaning fee is a non-refundable fee to clean the Hall after events.

Alcohol Policy:

Renters who wish to include alcoholic beverages as part of their event are required to obtain an ABC Banquet License. No alcohol may be served or consumed by anyone under 21.  Alcoholic consumption is not permitted outside the building.
